Yes. M-Agent operates as a transaction assistance and record-management tool. It does not perform financial transactions, access user funds, or interfere with mobile money systems, making it fully legal and safe to use.
Does M-Agent store my transaction data?
M-Agent only stores limited transaction information required to provide its assistance features. All data is handled securely and is never used to access or control your mobile money account.
Is M-Agent connected to any mobile money network or bank?
No. M-Agent is not connected to any mobile money operator or bank. It works independently and does not have backend access to telecom or banking systems.
Does M-Agent collect my mobile money details?
